Kenneth A. Sebree

Principal, Founder, RA

Mr. Sebree is the founder and a principal of SEBREE Architects, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and is a professional Registered Architect. Mr. Sebree is licensed to practice in 24 states and has substantial multifamily and affordable housing knowledge. His extensive understanding of the clients’ needs have contributed greatly to his solid, dependable, and successful years of experience serving a wide variety of markets since 1972.

Outside of Work:

In his free time, Ken enjoys traveling with his wife, Nancy. In addition, he loves attending his grandkids sporting events on the weekends!

Salil Nair

President, Licensed Architect, AIA, NCARB, MBA

Mr. Nair is the President of Sebree Architects, Inc. Salil earned his Master of Architecture from Ball State University. He is substantially experienced in a wide variety of high profile multi-million-dollar projects in the United States and internationally.  He has successfully translated complex client visions into projects that meet and exceed their expectations. Salil has worked in all phases of project management, design, and construction administration.

Medley Byers

Project Manager

Ms. Byers is a Graduate Architect at SEBREE Architects, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in architecture and 5 years of Multifamily project focus.  Her expertise in client standards and design along with how they relate to the overall project design and property use is unmatched. Medley’s creativity is displayed by her precise work, unique ideas, and excitement she delivers on each project.

Outside of Work:

Medley’s interests include pets and science fiction. She spends much of her free time knitting, sewing, and doing a myriad of other crafts.

Kristi Timmons

Senior Interior Designer, NCIDQ, RID

Mrs. Timmons is an Interior Designer at SEBREE Architects, Inc. Her degree in Interior Design and Marketing support her successful ability in combining clients’ vision and budget into creative, innovative, and long-lasting interior spaces. With 20 years of experience, Kristi manages all phases of the Interior Design and FF+E processes from concept to completion. Kristi ensures that office buildings echo their corporate brand and philosophies.

Ruth Moeller

Senior Project Manager, Associate AIA

Ms. Moeller is a Project Architect at SEBREE Architects, Inc. Her degrees in Interior Design and Architecture, as well over 20 years’ experience provide her with a diverse working knowledge of these integrated fields.  She contributes substantial knowledge of architectural design, construction knowledge, project management skills, and code analysis expertise to all projects at SEBREE.  She works well with clients, assisting them through both the design and construction processes.

Outside of Work:

Ruth enjoys reading, traveling, and bicycling in her free time.

Ashlee Puccinelli

Architectural Administrator

Ms. Puccinelli is the Architectural Administrator at SEBREE Architects, Inc. Ashlee has a strong administrative background, making her a valuable marketing and human resources asset to SEBREE. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working-mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. She enjoys working side by side with our team and clients in all phases of the development process.

Outside of Work:

In her free time, Ashlee leads middle and high school students at her church in Brownsburg. During the weeknights, you can find Ashlee coaching cheerleading at Brownsburg High School. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend.

Kim Santos

Office Manager

Mrs. Santos is the Office Manager at SEBREE Architects, Inc. She graduated from California Lutheran University with a BA in Business Communications. Kim has 25 years of managerial experience as well as administrative work. She is detail-oriented and highly organized. This makes her a great asset to SEBREE Architects, Inc. Her role here is an imperative piece of helping all tasks in our office run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of Work:

Kim loves to bake. Cheesecakes and cookies are her specialty. She and her husband have a good-sized garden, and love growing cucumbers and tomatoes! Kim also enjoys making stained glass items.

Thomas Giannopoulos

Project Manager

Mr. Giannopoulos is a Project Manager at SEBREE Architect, Inc. He is a results-driven and highly accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in Architectural Design and Project Management. Thomas is adept at utilizing various drafting and 3D technologies to support project team in each phase of the design process. He is experienced in facility upgrades and various types of construction documentation in the residential, educational, liturgical and government sectors.

Outside of Work:

Thomas is a huge car enthusiast; he enjoys driving around with his top down enjoying the Florida weather while planning road trips. He likes to cook the old-fashioned way, with everything fresh and straight from his garden.

Jasmine Wu

Architectural Drafter

Ms. Wu is an Architectural Drafter at SEBREE Architects, Inc. She graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in Design Technology. Coupled with her degree in Fashion Design, Jasmine plays a vital role at SEBREE. Using her creativity and familiarity of design and technology, she offers a great deal of experience to our office.

Outside of Work:

Jasmine enjoys doing hand crafts in her spare time such as sewing, knitting, needle felting, origami, and soap making. 3D printing is her most recent favorite.

Karan Raval

Architectural Graduate, Associate AIA

Mr. Raval is an Architectural Graduate at SEBREE Architects, Inc. He is highly organized and motivated, making his involvement in each project extremely valuable. He also contributes with proactive communication and his detailed construction documentation abilities. These skillsets add to the organization and successful delivery of each project. Karan’s focus includes Multifamily, Senior Living, Luxury Single Family Residential, and Urban Redevelopment.

Outside of Work:

When not busy with work or making the best of his Netflix subscription, Karan likes to indulge in reading, poetry, painting, photography, exploring music and cooking.

Trilby Berry-Tayman

Architectural Drafter

Mrs. Berry-Tayman is an Architectural Drafter at SEBREE Architects, Inc. She offers over 12 years of experience in Drafting and Design as well as extraordinary communication skills and a team player attitude. Combined with her involvement in the local community, Trilby provides numerous assets to help SEBREE Architects, Inc. continue to prosper and succeed.

Miloni Shah

Architectural Graduate

Ms. Shah is an Architectural Graduate at SEBREE Architects, Inc. Having earned her Bachelor of Architecture in India, she made her way to the US to study in the Architecture program at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Where she later earned her Master of Architecture. Miloni plays an integral role in Sebree’s 3D building models and construction document production.

Michel Arria

Senior Project Lead

Mr. Arria is a Senior Project Leader at SEBREE Architects, Inc with over 13 years’ experience. Mike is well-versed in the multifamily industry as well as Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Retail. His extensive knowledge of design technology and construction methods benefit his team in all design phases.

Wyatt Ellis

Architectural Intern

Mr. Ellis is an Architectural Intern at SEBREE Architects, Inc. Wyatt comes to us from Ball State University where he is majoring in Architecture. He approaches all aspects of architecture with professionalism and thoroughness. Wyatt enjoys working alongside our Project Architects to follow project schedules and meet contractual obligations.

Outside of Work:

In his free time, Wyatt enjoys 3D printing, computer aided designing, drawing, fishing, gaming, and anything automotive. He also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and girlfriend.

Yadiel Gonzalez Torres

Architectural Graduate

Mr. Gonzalez Torres is an Architectural Graduate at Sebree Architects, Inc. He comes to us from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Ball State University. Yadiel’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him a great addition to Sebree.

In his free time, Yadiel enjoys fishing and trying new types of coffee

Architectural Graduate

Mr. Das is an Architectural Graduate at SEBREE Architects, Inc. He comes to us from Tulane University, bringing immense experience with different software platforms. Mario’s passion for design and sustainability make him a valuable asset at SEBREE Architects, Inc. He brings immense experience with different software platforms.

Outside of Work:

Mario enjoys spending time outdoors either exercising, playing soccer or hiking. Indoors, he enjoys spending time reading, watching soccer, sketching or learning new 3D modeling software.
