Architecture

Bringing a vision to life goes beyond a great design concept. At Sebree, we bring you a range of architecture services that support the entire building process, from evaluating a site and understanding building codes, to supporting bids and monitoring construction progress.

Accessibility and Assessment

Compliance with relevant guidelines like ADA, Fair Housing Act and ICC A117.1 are incorporated into our design.

Site Evaluation

Sebree provides architectural site plans. We study building placement, local ordinances, required parking ratios and amenity elements.

Material Research

We will ensure that the materials selected are available and meet required performance criteria. We are happy to work with your preferred providers and integrate their systems and specifications into our designs.

Building Code Review

We evaluate and familiarize ourselves with local codes, planning and zoning ordinance and jurisdictional authority requirements. We then integrate these directives into our design, resulting in smooth permit reviews, better bids and better construction results.

Construction Administration

We review material and systems submittals for compliance. Pay applications and draws are measured by meticulous site visits to determine construction progress and compliance with construction documents.
